We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 17 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 17 years old or older.
de Sanchez has an adult-oriented atmosphere. Children under the age of 17 are not permitted in the spa area. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your spa visit.
If purchasing our online gift certificates and spa and salon packages, we give you the option to receive you voucher via United States Postal Service, email or in-store pickup. Any products that are purchased online can either be picked up in-store at no addition shipping charge or they can be mailed via USPS. Items mailed via USPS will have an additional shipping charge. Allow approximately 5-7 business days for standard delivery. Items purchased after 12:00pm will not ship until the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the continental U.S.
Please check in an hour prior to your appointment for spa treatments. We want you to receive full benefits of our service, and don’t want you to feel rushed.
Services, Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates purchased in-store or online have a 24 hour return policy and will be credited the same way it was purchased via cash, debit/credit card or check. Services and packages purchased in our online store can not be refunded. Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Credit Card Reservations
An approved credit card is required to hold appointments.
Every service is especially reserved for you! Reserved appointments require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges that are due in full.
Relax, turn off your cell phone!
To enhance a relaxed atmosphere, we request you turn off cell phone and place them in a locker before entering the spa area. All emergency calls are gladly directed through the front desk.
All of our spa services require a valid credit card or de Sanchez Day Spa & Salon gift certificate number a the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.
